  Took a friend to the dentist, as I was sitting in waiting room watching the staff. I found them to be rude and unprofessional. But nothing could of been as rude as the old gentleman dentist. Not only did he talk down to my nervous friend but he seemed to dither about like he had no idea what was happening in (as I found out) his own practice. Maybe we caught them on a off day but my friend left more nervous than she was before and will not be returning.

  Thank you Preventative Dentistry for your professional expertise, excellent customer service and most importantly your genuine care for your patients. From my initial call to your reception staff, to my numerous appointments with Dr Hergott, to a follow up call after my treatment, i have been delighted with all aspects of the practice. Highly recommended.

  I've been bringing my 3 sons here for year's as well as my own not so regular as required appointments! The staff are always brilliant and great with kids. No gap health fund coverage is always great on the hip pocket.
