  After a miserable experience at the Service SA in Marion, I went to the office next to Mitcham Plaza and was pleasantly surprised. Rosemary is a wonderful customer service person and a credit to your organisation. She quickly and efficiently processed my interstate license and registration transfer with empathy, joy and wit. Thank you.

  Given wrong info on several occasions and by different people, for both my sons applying for a license conversion and learner test respectively. My youngest son registered for the test and paid, but when he arrived on the booked date was told he could't write because of his visa. Quick to take money, not interested in giving the right advice!

  Jesus Christ we need some young enthusiastic helpful people in this joint. The elderly people working here can not make a executive decision with the provided documents. I come from a country where uneducated people thrive in government organaisation. Thought australia was different.
