  Easy parking, small shopping centre not far to walk after finishing a late movie. Set up well, clean/tidy.

  Nice intimate cinema, comfortable seats, friendly staff. Old world style bar restaurant to enjoy a drink, snack or meal before or after a movie.

  VERY slow with service! Came in early in Sat to book for the 8.30 session. Had to wait at least 5 mins in line with only one person serving, then came in at 8.30....forget lining up for snax...line was out the window...they cld have made another $15 at least but no, too stingey to open up another register, your loss Wallis! Make sure you come prepared because customer service does not rate a guernsey at Wallis Cinemas Mitcham!

  My viewing experience of bladerunner 2049 was ruined by extensive right rear subwoofer distortion and vibration. The soundtrack is an integral part of this, and many other films. I mentioned it to the staff member on site, and returned a few days later to mention to the duty manager. I was told "that's funny, noone else has complained," and gave them my contact details if followup was required. I had made no requests for my money back, remained calm and measured throughout, and felt a fix was needed in the interest of all parties.
