  Come here to support Woolworths Ltd and Mitcham Square business. Great selection at this Woolworths, can't wait for the expansion. Hopefully it will mostly be an expansion of the bargain section

  Stock didn't appear well maintained, items were missing from shelves and fruit and vegetables past their best. Prices were also expensive for some basic items.

  Neat and clean. The range of food alternatives for people with ceoliacs disease and other food intolerances and/or allergies was quite good in the pantry staples but quite limited in the fridge/freezer range. I would've preferred to have some more soy yoghurt brands and gluten free meals and things you can chuck in the oven to cook. They did have quite a few lactose free milk, yoghurt, cream and cheese options for those who are only lactose intolerant.

  Your usual Woolies. Lots of young staff at this one who are very good - only problem is one guy in the Deli who you need to watch. Late on Sunday he put a '50% off sliced ham' sign in the middle of all the ham. I purchased and noticed no 50% discount. I asked the guy why I didn't get 50% off and he said that only applied to the sliced ham directly behind the sign! What the?? Deceptive practice by him but he is the only one I have ever had a problem with.
